We are seeking a Digital Marketplace Administrator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Product Data Manager, the Digital Marketplace Administrator will be responsible for managing and coordinating product content, data, and image assets across various online digital marketplaces. This role involves working closely with multiple online platforms such as Wayfair and Amazon to ensure accurate product listings, timely updates, and enhanced brand presence.

**DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing and updating marketplace platforms with product listings, including loading products, updating images, and creating A+ pages.
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of product information on each marketplace.
- Coordinating the workflow for each marketplace to ensure information is updated in a timely manner.
- Monitoring product performance, customer reviews, and questions, and suggesting updates to product information as needed.
- Creating A+ pages for our Amazon listings and maintaining our brand pages on other marketplace platforms.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience working with Digital Marketplaces such as Amazon, Wayfair or other retail marketplace platforms.
- Strong Ecommerce or retail business acumen.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Organized, methodical and structured and has strong attention to detail.
- Accountable to timelines and responsive to customer requests
- Able to work independently and within a larger team with multiple requirements.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and technology to continuously improve the marketplace's functionality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Team player with an upbeat and helpful attitude
- Highly organized and proficient at multitasking

Salary Range for this role is $45,000 - $50,000 per year
