**What you’ll be working on**- Conduct audits on commissions verifying accuracy against policy data, commission schedules, and agency agreements.- Develop deep understanding and expertise on TruStone MGA contracts building knowledge on products and service fees as well as transfers and their valuations- Identify and investigate discrepancies in commission calculations, working with internal teams and carriers to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.- Analyze commission trends and identify potential areas for improvement in commission processes.- Maintain accurate records of audit findings and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure smooth commission processing and reconciliation.- Stay up-to-date on changes in commission structures, regulations, and industry best practices.- Develop and maintain audit procedures and documentation.- Prepare reports on commission audit findings and provide recommendations for process improvements.- Assist in the implementation of new commission structures or systems.- Participate in special projects as assigned.

**What we’re looking for you to have**:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in insurance, commissions, auditing, or a related field- Strong understanding of insurance commission structures and calculations.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills**Beyond the salary**:
