Coordinate workflow needs or system aspects of compensation plan changes to ensure accurate calculation outputs. Support blueprinting/business requirements for system function development, including data import processes from satellite systems. Act as in‑house expert on Varicent V10+ functions (Presenter Adaptive, Rapid Reports, Report Data Model, Plan Document). Perform system testing and change control; communicate issues and carry through to resolution. Reverse engineer, troubleshoot, and recommend alternative solutions for related data processes. Ensure system calculation accuracy and platform quality assurance. Continuously improve tools and processes for MBO program‑eligible teams. Develop and maintain automated management reports (monthly & quarterly scorecards). Liaise with team leaders and reporting counterparts for incentive design recommendations. Support proposals and simulations of MBO program changes. Collect and analyze system KPI data for audit inquiries and self‑audit support. Collaborate with internal audit on KPIs from post‑audit action plans. Participate in risk‑management projects with measurable KPIs. Skills and Qualifications Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, and/or Computer Science preferred. Enrollment in incentives or payroll standards certification program desirable. Knowledge Technical skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MS Access. Ability to manipulate and move data across multiple platforms. Strong communication skills. Proficiency working in a fast‑paced, complex, dynamic, multicultural environment. Team player with impact orientation. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Understanding of relational database concepts. Discretion with confidential information. Experience 3‑5 years experience in sales operations, sales compensation or comparable analysis supporting a sales organization. 1‑2 years hands‑on experience with Varicent ICM V10+ tool and model‑building modules.
