**Overview**
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners and their beloved animals, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our veterinary clinic. Your passion for animals and strong communication skills will help create a welcoming environment for clients and their pets.

**Duties**
- Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and vaccination information.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist veterinarians and technicians with laboratory tasks as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Provide support in managing inventory for medical supplies and products.

**Skills**
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using office software and veterinary management systems.
- Attention to detail in handling patient records and scheduling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures is a plus but not required.
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being.

Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Veterinary Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
