**Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist**

**Full Job Description**

We look for a flexibility in schedule and ability to work at the weekends as needed.

Duties include, reception tasks including meeting and greeting the people, taking phone calls and book appointments, creating patient files, checking in and checking out the patients, invoicing, OTC sales, helping the veterinarians in handling patients during procedures and sample collections, caring for the hospitalized pets, cleaning/sanitizing, clean environment to facilitate the work flow, making surgery packs, laundry etc.

Salary will be based on your qualification and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.50 per hour (based on experience and qualification)

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk/veterinary assistant: 1 year (preferred)
