**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant management roles.

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems (Micros POS preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and customers.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus; barista experience is also beneficial.
