Hiring Food Service Supervisor in Alberta – (Employer Sponsorship Available)

We are currently hiring a Food Service Supervisor for a reputable restaurant located in Alberta. This is a great opportunity for individuals already in Canada on an open work permit such as Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP), Spousal Open Work Permit (SOWP), or Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP) who are looking to transition into long-term employment with LMIA support and a pathway to Permanent Residency (PR).

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant operations and lead team members during shifts
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Train and mentor new and existing staff on food service procedures
- Assist with scheduling to ensure full shift coverage
- Enforce food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and reducing waste
- Handle cash and sales transactions when required

Work Schedule

- 8-hour shifts
- Morning, afternoon, or evening availability
- Monday to Friday with weekend shifts as required

Who Should Apply

Open Work Permit Holders in Canada

- Candidates on PGWP, SOWP, or BOWP are highly encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a restaurant supervisory role
- Located in Alberta or willing to relocate

Overseas Candidates

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Food Service Supervisor
- Fluent in English (Francophone applicants welcome)
- Eligible for PNP or LMIA sponsorship

Job Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- CLB 6 or higher in English
- Leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
