- **Position Overview**_
- As a Sign and Lighting Technician, you will:_
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations of 120V/347V AC electrical components (interior and exterior)_
- Conduct service and lighting fixture upgrades_
- Operate bucket trucks, tow trailers, scissor lifts, and other necessary equipment_
- Complete minor and major outdoor sign and lighting repairs_
- Document work orders and communicate effectively with customers and sales representatives_
- **Key Requirements**_
- Prior experience in the sign and lighting industry_
- Strong knowledge of neon, LED, fluorescent, and parking lot lighting systems_
- Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting expertise in electrical systems_
- Ability to diagnose malfunctioning systems using test equipment and hand tools_
- Valid G license with a clean driving record_
- Experience operating equipment such as bucket trucks, tow trailers, and scissor lifts_
- Comfortable working at heights (certification will be provided)_
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions_
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills_
- Ability to read and understand a written scope of work_
- Proficient with modern technology (e.g., smartphones) in a paperless environment_
- Professional, neat, and customer-friendly_
