We are looking for a **Building Superintendent** for a few small multi-residential apartment buildings in the Beaches area of Toronto. This is a full time position. Although this position would suit a single person, we are fully open to having a Couple/Team of two people to work and live together.

To be considered for this position, you must have prior experience as a residential superintendent, good communication skills that are positive and professional, and an understanding of the of the RTA/Ontario Landlord and Tenant Rules and Regulations. You must be able to work and perform independently and be proactive. You must speak fluent English.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of the building's systems and equipment
- Manage the building's budget for repairs and maintenance
- Conduct daily inspections of the properties to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Respond to tenant requests and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for necessary repairs and replacements
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and general building maintenance
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address maintenance issues effectively
