Construction Sales Representative

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and objectives.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, lead generation, and product demonstrations.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies that align with business development goals.
- Provide technical expertise on construction equipment to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales effectively.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth within the territory.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the construction equipment or related industry.
- Strong background in B2B sales, account management, and territory management.
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively and communicate technical information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience in lead generation techniques and direct sales methodologies.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vaughan, ON
