**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating real estate transactions from contract to close.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and home inspectors.
- Manage administrative and logístical details to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Handle documentation and contract follow-ups to keep transactions on track.
- Keep all parties updated about the transaction status and any potential obstacles.
- Coordinate property inspections and other appointments.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Active Real Estate License or equivalent transaction coordinator experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a real estate-related role.
- Strong technology skills and adaptability to new tools.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
