We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join as a Real Estate Assistant. As a Real Estate Assistant, you will provide crucial support to Norton and help facilitate day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating property transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Upload/coordinate sale / lease transactions in the Trade System
- Provide outstanding service & communication to clients
- Basic social media advertising through Canva & creation of infographics
- Ensure smooth execution of buyer and seller transactions. Overseeing & managing processes from purchase agreement to closing.
- Create & implement a streamlined Transaction checklist or system for effective transaction management. (as needed)
- Coordinate and manage inspections, mortgage communication with clients & mortgage broker / specialist, and appraisal processes. (as needed)
- Ensure compliance by submitting all necessary documentation to the office broker
- Efficiently coordinate moving, final walkthroughs, and closings & Movesnap setup (Referencing the buyer checklist)
- Maintain and update monthly status reports & spreadsheets regularly by pulling data from Ottawa Real Estate Board
- Create infographics

**Required Skills**:

- Previous adminstrative experience (1 year preferred)
- Customer service experience (1 year preferred)
- Results oriented
- Excellent computer skills - experience with CRMs, GSuite is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of initiative and the ability to multi-task
- A team player and collaborative demeanour

Languages:

- English
- Cantonese, Mandarin & French would be an asset

- In person / Flexible
