Transactions & Database Coordinator

**Compensation**:
$22 - $23 hourly

**Responsibilities**:
**Transactions Coordination**
- Review and double-check documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Transfer documents from our team to our brokerage
- Ensure transaction files are complete and compliant ahead of closing deadlines
- Communicate between team agents and the brokerage

**Listings Management**
- Prepare listing documents as needed
- Coordinate listing-related logistics, including scheduling photos and managing signage installation and removal
- Create and manage MLS listings, ensuring accuracy and timely posting
- Post Open House dates and coordinate related activities
- Track and manage inventory

**Database Administration**
- Maintain the CRM database by updating client information, deal stages, notes, birthdays, closing dates, and more
- Ensure deals are accurately reflected and updated in the CRM

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Skyslope or a strong ability to learn and navigate the software quickly
- Familiarity with Slack, MLS systems, and CRM software is an asset
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to send clear reminders and requests for corrections
- Experience in real estate transactions, database management, or a related field is a plus
