**Your Role**:
As a Human Resources Administrator, you will report to the Human Resources Generalist and play a crucial role in our HR team. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Payroll & Benefits Administration, HR Technology and Analytics, Employee Engagement, and Employee & Labour Relations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** HRIS/Payroll & Benefits Administration**: Manage employee information, enrollments, and terminations in our systems.
- ** Data Management**: Run reports and update metric tracking spreadsheets.
- ** Employee Engagement**: Coordinate company events, create social media posts, and maintain employee recognition programs.
- ** Talent Acquisition**: Lead recruitment for hourly positions, from resume review to interview coordination.
- ** Employee Support**: Assist employees and managers with inquiries about benefits, policies, and procedures.
- ** Safety & Compliance**: Support the safety department with documentation and training programs.
- ** Onboarding**: Facilitate new hire processes, including orientation presentations and creating new hire packages.
- ** Project Assistance**: Contribute to HR projects that drive company growth and success.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- ** Experience**: 1 to 2 years in a multi-disciplined HR environment.
- ** Skills**: Proficiency in HRIS, Payroll Systems, or ERP systems (ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus).
