Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a **Sales Floor Manager**to join the team at **401 Dixie Volkswagen**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, direct and lead all aspects of the Dealership Sales Department
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times
- Focus on any customer complaints that Sales Consultants are unable to rectify and take necessary steps to resolve these complaints.
- Desk vehicle sales deals
- Work with the Service Manager to ensure quick preparation of new and used vehicles for delivery
- Review and price trade-ins
- Conduct regular meetings with sales staff and General Managers to plan, modify and review all current issues and programs
- Keep updated on all manufacturer and financial institutions current product, program, promotions, and ensure that all staff understand factory programs
- Review inventory daily, be sure that each unit that is available for immediate delivery as soon as possible, and select units for special displays.
- Promote ongoing training, including daily and weekly sales team meetings
- Ensure that all required provincial licensing and regulatory requirements are followed

**Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership abilities
- Skilled in working in a fast-paced environment handling challenges as they arise
- Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions
- A passion for customer service
- Positive Can-do Attitude
- Experience in auto sales preferred
- Two (2) years of management experience
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License
- Valid OMVIC License preferred
