The company offers a differentiated portfolio of brands, including Anderson Tuftex, COREtec, Shaw Floors, Patcraft, and more. Shaw Industries Canada is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to maintain and grow sales of its Anderson Tuftex and COREtec flooring brands in Southwestern Ontario, with an ideal home office based in London, ON.ResponsibilitiesDaily sales calls on existing customers with special emphasis on residential brands; present products to retail dealers, designers, and end-users; analyze leads provided by corporate reports.Sell and construct display racks weighing 50lbs.Continually prospect for viable new accounts while developing awareness of market trends.Implement major market programs and sample placement strategies.Prepare and communicate periodic sales reports outlining actual sales, goals, competitive conditions, and product needs.Enter all customer interactions and key information into Salesforce.com.Analyze and control travel and entertainment expenditures and sample budget to conform to budgetary requirements.RequirementsHigh School Diploma/GED and at least 1 year of sales experience.Ability to communicate with a diverse group of customers via email, phone, virtual video, and in person.Basic Microsoft Windows software and MS Office proficiency.Physically able to assemble and take down display fixtures; ability to lift more than 50lbs on a regular basis.Ability to drive and travel in a vehicle that can carry product sample boards (van or approved SUV).Reside within the territory.Preferred3+ years of outside B2B sales experience in flooring, building products, or home décor.Experience managing a territory with multiple accounts and driving growth through dealer relationships.Familiarity with specialty retail and/or interior design trade.Proven ability to analyze sales data and execute strategic account plans.Strong presentation skills and ability to influence decision-makers.CompetenciesBuild Customer SatisfactionInitiate ActionsDeliver Compelling CommunicationBuild Trusting RelationshipsShaw Industries is an equal opportunity employer as to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
