**After Hours Clinical Coordinator
- Edmonton
- Remote**:

- Shifts: Saturday and Sunday 7am to 3pm and Saturday and Sunday 3pm to 11pm_

- Superior critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills with the ability to respond quickly and decisively during emergency situations.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Ability to work with a diverse population and adjust as needed to ensure expected outcomes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Works collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure the community employee understands their role, care to be provided and is competent in providing required care as relates to staff assignments.
- Works effectively with the clinical team and the customer to ensure current care plans are in place.
- Requests clinical field supervisions as necessary for assigned tasks and communicates effectively with the clinical team and our customer with respect to community client service provisions.
- Manage changes in client’s service provision.
- Managing requests for assigned task and the assignment of clinical supervision.
- Maintain knowledge of community employee’s work preferences, availability and competencies.
- Maintain appropriate client and community employee’s files where required.
- Document professionally, appropriately, and in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Current registration with CLPNA
- Previous experience related to community care preferred (2 years minimum as an LPN)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn new programs specific to the business
