**Duties**
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer phone calls using appropriate phone etiquette, directing calls to the relevant departments or personnel.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Utilize MS Office for document creation, scheduling, and communication tasks.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and managing office supplies.
- Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and support various projects as needed.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing positive experiences for clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
- Experience with quickbooks is a plus

Pay: $37,811.45-$40,000.00 per year
