**Full job description

We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow the social media presence of multiple brands. This role focuses on content planning, creation, scheduling, and community engagement, while working closely with internal teams and communicating directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts for different brands

Create, organize, and execute monthly and weekly content calendars

Ensure timely posting across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Communicate with clients for approvals, feedback, and content coordination

Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post copy aligned with brand voice

Design social media graphics using tools such as Canva or Adobe Illustrator if needed.

Edit short-form videos for reels, shorts, and social media posts

Maintain consistent branding and visual standards across platforms

Monitor comments and messages and escalate when required

Collaborate with internal team members and client to support overall marketing goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience as a Social Media Coordinator or in a similar role

Strong understanding of organic social media content and best practices

Experience managing multiple social media platforms

Ability to plan, follow, and execute content calendars

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable communicating directly with clients

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools

Video editing experience using CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software

Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) is considered a plus

Awareness of current social media trends and platform updates

Agency or multi-brand experience
