Job Description

We are looking for Enthusiastic, Driven, Outside of the Box Thinkers to help us grow our business. In the role of Assistant Branch Manager you will be a key member of our Roofmart Management Team.

Your role will be to supervise various aspects of the local retail branch. You will assist the Branch Manager in all aspects of the business including growing and developing the team. You must be willing and able to perform each of the roles at the Branch understanding that cross training is fundamental to the Branch’s success. You will work closely with the Roofmart Sales Team to provide support and build strong, long term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers.

Qualifications:

- College Diploma (in Business/Sales/Marketing/Human Resources) and/or
- 3 or more years of successful warehouse/retail management, sales experience
- Valid driver’s license
