We are an internationally accredited, private and secluded addiction recovery center operating since 2002 on beautiful Bowen Island.

We are an easy 20-minute scenic ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver. We pay the ferry fare for our employees. Unwind and enjoy the view and let the ferry do the driving for you

Work Location: In person

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, providing information and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring all documents are up to date.
- Handle clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and managing correspondence.
- Operate phone systems and other office equipment effectively.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for clients as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the office.
- Knowledge of Substance Use Disorder population as asset

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Empathy and skill with managing people in crisis.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems is an advantage.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
