**Position Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Business Development**:
- Actively prospect and engage with new businesses, leveraging proven strategies to exceed sales targets.
- Perform cold calling to generate new leads and nurture warm leads from initial contact through to closing.
- Research and analyze your territory’s sales potential to identify new business opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and executive sponsors.
- Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Uncover client pain points, propose solutions using FNL’s products and services, and negotiate contracts.
- **Consultative Selling**:
- Utilize a consultative approach to assess client needs and craft innovative fleet management solutions.
- Respond to tenders and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) as needed.
- **Operational Handover**:
- Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives to ensure seamless onboarding and account setup for new clients.
- Independently manage workflows and time to drive efficiency in the customer setup process.
**Qualifications**
- University degree in Business Management.
- 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the fleet automotive sector.
- Sales cycle planning and strategic selling to commercial company experience.
- Existing fleet sales experience or related automotive experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets within long sales cycles and experience in Strategic Selling to C-Suite Executives.
- Consultative and analytical approach to identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of fleet management, leasing, or related industries is an asset.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Previous experience in the automobile industry is an asset.
