We are seeking an **Business Development Representative** **(Lead Generator)** who will be responsible for prospecting identified key-decision makers, clearly communicating Company’s value proposition, uncovering potential opportunities and ultimately securing business meetings for the Sales team.
**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:
- Explain sales offers, services and benefits to prospective and existing customers based on call scripts, including handling objections effectively.
- Secure meetings, event and subscription sign-ups, and other actions from prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain Company database (CRM/VRC) and lead generation activity records with accuracy.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Strong selling, customer service, communication, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills
- Able to respond effectively to multiple priorities and execute in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Team-player attitude
- Self-motivated
- Bilingual
- French/English is a must
- Possession of a vehicle, and a valid driver's license is a must
**Education**:
- Post-secondary education, University/College degree/diploma within a related discipline or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1-2 years related sales and industry experience

Schedule:
