An experienced and highly skilled Technical Support Specialist with Software product training experience to join our North America based team in our London, Ontario location.
Our key focus is providing a seamless and customer-focused experience through empowered employees able to solve any problem and relaying vital knowledge to our Engineering and Product Management teams. Another key area is collaborating and continuously improving processes and tools across a small and flexible yet global organization adapting our standards to our customer’s needs.
**Expectations**
- Resourceful and service-minded team player able to manage multiple activities in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- Deep experience with handling customer requests and conducting 1st or 2nd level technical support.
- Ability to be a liaison on behalf of the customer to our Product and Software Engineers
- Self-motivated and high-performance personality able to drive tasks and think outside the box to find solutions.
- Analytical and curious personality with the need to always learn more and excel.
- Assist Sales Reps with product inquires that will help close a sales order
- Test and process defective hardware devices
**Qualifications**
- 2-4 years’ work experience in Customer Service/Support
- Strong IT and Customer Support Experience
- Strong customer training and presentation skills
- Experience working with Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Multilingual is a benefit
