Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing technical team in Kitchener.

The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who enjoys working directly with clients, resolving technical issues, and improving IT infrastructure reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network problems
  • Perform installations, updates, and system maintenance
  • Monitor systems and respond to support tickets in a timely manner
  • Assist with IT documentation and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience with Windows, macOS, and networking environments
  • Familiarity with cloud systems (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple support tasks independently
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification is an asset

Benefits
