What you will do
You can expect to:
- Work directly with customers of varying technical expertise
- Take full ownership of the customer experience, going above and beyond to deliver best in class customer service
- Create content for use in product walk-throughs, help desk articles, and basic training clips
- Collaborate with the product and development teams on feature requests, testing new features and modules
- Work closely with the implementation and account management team on account setups and special projects

- Prior experience in a customer-facing support role
- A knack for problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with conflict resolution and objection handling know-how
- Outstanding problem solving skills and technical troubleshooting ability
- A reliable, dependable self-starter with a demonstrated ability to get things done
