Our CSA is moving on up to a new role, leaving an opportunity for you to join our team. As a Client Service Adminstrator (CSA) at ETHOS, you are the first warm smile and the helping hand our clients experience as they enter the WorkBC Resource Centre. In this role, we are looking for someone who has a passion for people, strong administrative skills, and a hunger to continue to learn and grow. Does this sound like you? **Essential Qualifications and Required Skills**:

- Post-secondary education in Human Services, Administration, or a combination of education, training, and experience
- 2+ years’ experience serving a diverse clientele in a demanding and fast-paced environment
- Experience delivering services and workshops online would be a bonus
- Preference is given to those with experience providing service to job seekers
- Knowledge of the local labour market and community agencies is considered an asset
- Ability to handle client and program information according to confidentiality and privacy laws
- A clear Criminal Record Check working with Vulnerable Adults

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 48 months

Pay: $25.71 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
