Van Herpt Volvo Cars Kingston is looking for a part time receptionist.

We offer a competitive wage, weekends & holidays off and 4% vacation pay can be either accrued or paid out.

Roles & Responsibilities Include:

- Ensuring the coffee station, waiting area & all other customer areas are clean and well stocked.
- Ensuring the showroom TV, & Speaker are connected and on each morning.
- Greeting all customers upon their arrival to the dealership and helping then locate the appropriate department.
- Helping customers with anything the need while they are waiting for their sales appointment, or while their car is being serviced. Including providing them support with connection to our complimentary Wi-Fi.
- Daily follow up calls for our service department.
- Monitor office supplies and communicate when reordering is required.
- Maintain various shared spreadsheets.
- Daily scanning for service department
- Assisting with licencing for the sales department
- Assisting with receiving payment for sales & accounts receivable
- Answer all incoming calls and direct to the appropriate department.
- Accepting & Preparing mail & courier packages
- Assisting Admin with any overflow work
- Misc Photocopying, Scanning & Filing.

**Qualifications**:

- College Diploma is preferred; High School Diploma is required.
- Previous experience working in the automotive industry considered an asset.
- Previous customer service required.
- Highly organized.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Works well independently & as part of a team.
- Proficient with all Microsoft products, with high levels of experience with excel & outlook.
- Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
