Our mission and purpose is to provide affordable products and services that relieve the small-to-medium sized business owner or manager the headaches of the financial aspects of their business. The types of projects we typically perform for clients include tax return preparation and planning, outsourced controller services, bookkeeping and payroll, and consulting for QuickBooks®, and special projects. Our tax return preparation services comprise a variety of clients, including individuals corporations, partnerships, nonprofits, estates, and trusts.

We're seeking an Office Manager to play a crucial role at the heart of our operations. As we continue to grow, our administrative needs are expanding. From supporting our dynamic team with office admin tasks to handling the customer onboarding process, we're on the lookout for someone who thrives in a lively environment and ensures a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Requirements:

- Proficiency in English; multilingualism is a plus.
- Ability to build rapport with clients quickly and maintain relationships.
- Experience with CRM systems
- High degree of self-motivation and drive
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Handle basic invoicing tasks, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery to clients.
- Produce simple, yet comprehensive reports as required by the team.
- Collaborate closely with various internal departments, acting as a key point of contact for administrative needs.
- Assist in maintaining a neat, organized, and efficient office environment
