We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our **Shredder Team** as an Industrial Cleaner from **Monday-Friday, 6:45am-3:00pm**. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks throughout the maintenance breakroom and common areas.

**What you’re responsible for**:

- Performing routine and specialized cleaning tasks as assigned, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing surfaces, and equipment
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene by disinfecting and sanitizing areas, including restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, and high-touch surfaces, using appropriate cleaning agents
- Collecting and disposing of waste and recyclable materials in designated areas
- Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals and solvents, storage protocols, and safety guidelines
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, supplies used, and any incidents or observations related to facility cleanliness

**Qualifications** To join our team**:

- Proven experience in industrial or commercial cleaning is an asset
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products commonly used in industrial or commercial settings
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in an industrial environment
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as in a team environment
