Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various custodial and cleaning tasks, primarily focusing on commercial cleaning projects. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to maintaining clean and safe environments across different facilities, supporting our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in commercial settings
  • Assist with deep cleaning and specialized cleaning tasks as required
  • Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times during cleaning activities
  • Support team members in completing large-scale cleaning projects within designated timeframes

Experience

  • Previous custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, especially in commercial or industrial environments
  • Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety guidelines
