**Position Summary**:
The Facilities Cleaner is responsible for carrying out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep the workplace and yard in a clean and orderly condition.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc)
- Perform and document routine inspection activities
- Stock and maintain supplies such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, covid-19 regulations, health and safety regulations and policies
- Reporting repairs and replacements that are required when encountered while cleaning

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Proven working experience as a Cleaner
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- High school diploma or equivalent
- The physical ability to bend, reach, stretch, walk, and bend during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for a long period of time
- Well-developed communication skills, as a general cleaner is required to possess the ability to accept, understand, and follow instructions
