If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Our boutique hotel in Whistler is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front office team and ensure the smooth operation of our hotel.

Right in the heart of Whistler Village and steps away from the lifts, world-class dining and shopping, we are a boutique getaway blending the town’s rustic character and heritage with an all-new modern, Scandinavian-inspired design and interiors.

**About the Role & Perks**:

- Full-time, year-round
- Schedule ranges from 3 to 5 days per week depending on position.

- Delivers exceptional guest services with some previous experience in a similar position preferred but not necessary.

- Maintains a high standard of quality service and hospitality.
- Excellent time management skills; works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (including Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with front desk POS systems.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Second language an asset.
- Must have valid drivers license.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Oversee the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the front desk team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with room reservations, ensuring accuracy and maximizing occupancy.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, local attractions, and upcoming events to provide guests with relevant information.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist with managing inventory and supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked and organized.
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll, and preparing reports.
