**About the role**:
Reporting to the Commercial Director, Base Metals in KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., the Contract and Logistics Administrator is responsible for the coordination of complex proposals and contracts. This position assists the whole commercial team, in the logistics of copper concentrate and managing the relations with transport/port service providers (rail, vessels, and port operators), in inventory and shipment management, coordination of blending activity, loading patterns of copper concentrate for export and domestic shipments, reviewing all invoicing and overseeing third party payments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely and effectively with the whole commercial team, specifically on issues related to the execution of logistics and contractual clauses. Commercial and operational understanding of commercial contracts, export/domestic contracts as well as relevant policies and procedures is required. Support the whole Commercial team with commercial/logistic information for contract negotiation process. Responsible for support in resolving any conflicts or infringements that arise from existing contracts.
- Knowledge of business agreements and commercial contracting methods accompanied by logistic expertise to support the execution of Contracts.
- Assist in inventory management, coordination of blending activity for copper concentrates, creating loading patterns to meet contractual quality requirements.
- Together with Head of International Assets Sales Support Unit (KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.), responsible for the relationship with all participants in the logistic chain for copper concentrates (export and domestic shipments). Maintaining relations with transportation/port services and providers (rail, vessels, port operators and agents).
- Manage submissions of some reports for mine site/corporate finance and marketing departments.
- Under Head of International Assets Sales Support Unit (KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.) supervision prepare provisional / second / final invoices and shipping documentation for all payable metals (copper, gold and silver). Track and report payment status.
- Assist in arranging for appropriate and cost effective third party representation at load and discharge ports.
- Assist in assay exchange processes with Customers. Manage all samples that need to be sent to Umpire laboratories. Final Assay settlement report.
- Assist in providing mine sites with pricing and invoice information for provisional and final invoices, as well as Assay Exchange development.
- Work with Corporate accounting on sales and revenue processing.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Required/Related Work Experience**:

- 2+ years of export/contracts/related experience.
- Background in contract processes within the mining and/or ocean industry.

**Education Required**
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or 4+ years of related experience.
