**Description of Duties**:

- As a member of a 6 person Accounts Receivable team, reporting to the Credit Manager and the Manager of Finance, duties include:

- Making high volume outbound and answering inbound Collection calls
- Negotiation of payment arrangements on commercial accounts
- Dealing with customer billing disputes
- Processing payments and follow up with customer credits
- Drafting customer correspondence & documents as required
- Customer account reconciliations and breakdowns
- Setting up customers and customer maintenance within the system
- Dealing with Branch inquiries/Customer inquiries: Requests for invoices, statements, payment details, customer complaints/account discrepancies, credit requests, new account follow up
- Preparing documentation for builders Liens and Legal files.
- Other duties as required


**Skills & Requirements**:

- **Must Have previous collection experience in a Senior role (Construction Industry preferred)**:

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive attention to detail, with analytical and problem solving skills.
- Effective organizational and time management skills, able to meet daily deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word


**Working at PacWest**

This is a full-time permanent position working 40hours a week Monday to Friday and may include additional time to complete tasks. We offer full benefits after three months and RRSP matching after six months.

The salary band for this role is between $50,000 - $65,000.
