**The Opportunity**

Are you a motivated and dynamic individual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction? We’re looking for a **Sales Representative** who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident closing deals, and can deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ Excellent **time management** and the ability to prioritize
✔ Solid **computer skills** for managing leads, communication, and reporting
✔ A track record of **strong sales performance** and **proven closing ability**
✔ **Outstanding customer service -**personable, professional, focused on client needs
✔ **Presentable appearance** and professional demeanour
✔ Ability to **think on your feet** and adapt to customer needs
✔ **Self-manageable**, but also able to take direction and be a team player
✔ Highly **organized** with attention to detail
✔ A **reliable and presentable vehicle** (travel required)
✔ **Previous experience in the heat pump industry** is an asset, but not required

**Responsibilities**
- Travel to customer homes to perform in-person **home assessments**:

- Clearly explain product options and **answer customer questions**:

- Identify customer needs and **recommend solutions** that suit their space and budget
- **Build trust**and rapport with clients to support long-term relationships
- Prepare and **follow up on quotes**, closing deals effectively and professionally

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
