- **Evening Chef**:_

Wollaston Lake Lodge is an Orvis Endorsed catch and release fishing lodge in Northern Saskatchewan. For over 24 years, we have hosted world class fishing trips for our guests from the beginning of June until the end of August. On average there is about 50 guests in camp at a time and we will host up to 800 guests in a season.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Cook food in a timely manner
- Inform wait staff about menu changes
- Ensure appealing plate presentation
- Complete plated service for guests according to chits
- Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests
- Monitor food stock and place orders
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
- Prep food and gather the necessary ingredients for following dinner
- Check quality and quantity of grocery orders received
- Monitory sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Food Safe Certificate (Valid 5 years from date of completion)
- Customer Service (1 Year)
- Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook (minimum 1 Year)
- Ability to read chits and complete plated service
- Ability to manage your time efficiently
- Work well unsupervised
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with guests
- Hard worker - work well individually and as part of a team
- Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend for an entire 10-hour shift. Tasks require consistent use of both arms and legs.
- Must be able to handle all physical aspects of the job, which include lifting/moving heavy equipment (approx. 50 lbs)
- Must be authorized to work in the Canada on a full-time basis for any employer

**Schedule**:

- End of May - End of August
- Monday to Sunday
- Holidays
- Weekends

**Job Type**: Seasonal

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
