**In addition to your hourly wage you can also receive a highly lucrative bonus Unlike other agencies, new employees can and regularly are able to start earning a bonus as early as their first full month with Dixon**

**Salary**: $22 per hour + An Unlimited Commission Based Bonus Paid on a Bi-Weekly Basis

**What does Dixon offer?**
- A “flex schedule” where we allow our staff to dictate their own working hours on an ongoing basis (You decide your start times, end times, breaks/lunches, etc everyday) with minimum 72 hours bi-weekly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Showing a BOLD attitude with an ability to overcome and handle objections while maintaining a productive conversation with our customers
- Negotiating the best possible arrangements or settlements on behalf of our clients
- Keeping up to date and detailed records of each file in their assigned portfolio
- The ability to multi-task and think/respond “on the fly”
