**Mother **is a cocktail bar specialized in utilizing fermentation techniques to create elevated modern cocktails.

We are located at 874 Queen St West, Toronto. Opening from Tuesday to Sunday.

We are hiring a full experienced bar support/ dishwasher with $16 / H salary plus tips (Starting from 50% of the server and bartender tips, upgrade to 75% in the future if trained on how to run dishes and cocktails).

Job duties include use, manage and clean dish washer and glass washer in the back lab/ prep room. Prepare and refill all kinds of ice cubes. Clean the back room after each shift. Support the bar, kitchen and service floor with clean glasses, dishes, utensils and tools. Help reset the tables.

Mother is a 30 seats cocktail bar and we try our best to provide personalized and intimate **casual fine dining experience**.

**We tend to get very busy during Friday and Saturdays. Pressure handling and calmness are great qualities to have for this role.**

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a culinary/hotel/restaurant environment is preferred but not required.

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M6J 1G3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
