**Responsibilities**:

- Dive into the nitty-gritty of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices with thorough reviews and precise three-way matching.
- Keep our data shipshape by maintaining supplier and receiving records across multiple ERP platforms.
- Become the inventory maestro with meticulous data entry for precise management and financial reporting.
- Shine during month-end close by lending a hand to our accounting department.
- Master the art of cash handling, from counting to record-keeping.

**Requirements**:

- Your communication skills should be as sharp as a samurai sword, ensuring clarity and precision in all correspondence and documentation.
- Juggling is your middle name—multitasking effectively is your superpower.
- Bring your initiative to the table and show us what you've got by independently tackling challenges and seeking out new skills.
- You're like a clock—reliable, efficient, and always on time, even without someone watching over your shoulder.
- Microsoft Outlook and Excel are your playgrounds, where you excel (pun intended) at managing tasks and wrangling data.
- Bonus points for experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or accounting, but a passion for learning is just as valuable
