**Triple Crown Enterprises (TCE)** is a general contractor construction firm located in Hamilton, Ontario. Our expertise, in addition to general contracting includes: civil and electrical construction, automated electrical solutions installations, an in-house steel fabrication facility, and design capabilities.

**TCE** is currently seeking a **Permanent** **Part-Time Reception/Admin **for our office located at 665 Parkdale Avenue North.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Efficiently answer and distribute all incoming calls
- Data entry in online databases and Excel spreadsheets
- Perform general administrative support to Division Managers and others as needed
- Maintain other documentation in co-operation with Managers and Project Managers
- Complete filing tasks as required or requested
- Arrange meetings, conferences, lunches, book meeting space, order meeting supplies
- Ordering of office supplies
- Assist by ensuring relevant supporting documents are forwarded to Accounting Department as required
- Send, receive, date stamp, and distribute in coming company correspondence
- Coordinate special mailing including but not limited to registered letters, courier packages
- Assist office guests with sign in and safety procedures
- Offer continuous improvement suggestions
- Ensure positive internal employee relations, communications, and customer service
- Remain updated on current software and administrative best practices
- Follow all health and safety legislation, regulations, and policies
- Follow all TCE Quality System standards

**Education Requirements**
- High School diploma required
- Administrative certificate or diploma an asset

**Qualifications and Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of construction industry preferred
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Publisher)
- Ability to efficiently administer a multi-line phone system
- Ability to take initiative and be pro-active
- Creative problem solver
- Work with mínimal supervision in the execution of daily tasks
- Attention to detail
- Effectively organize and prioritize workload
- Motivated team player
