CARSTAR Hamilton Lockwood is one of the leading shops in the Hamilton area for collision services. We are looking for an office administrator/receptionist to join our team and help make accidents unhappen
Job duties:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Assisting to customers
- Creating invoices and taking payments
- Management of accounts receivable
- Towing dispatch
- Entering and organizing invoices
- Assisting with month end procedures
- Maintain an inventory of office supplies
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hamilton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
