At Purple Sales Solutions, we help technology companies grow faster in the territory of their choice, such as the United States, Canada, or Europe. We provide B2B Lead Generation and Sales services such as appointment setting and sales outsourcing. We manage global operations from Toronto, with a presence in New York and Paris.

**About the Position**

Purple Sales Solutions, a Canadian Company based in Toronto's downtown area, is looking for a Junior Recruiter with knowledge of Human Resources and Sales and Marketing and who is comfortable with solutions such as BambooHR and Thinkific. This role will be integral to building Purple Sales' internal operations, policies, and procedures.

Currently, because Purple Sales is experiencing significant growth, we require assistance in the Talent department with the following tasks:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Engage with Hiring Managers (as directed) to take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practices to add value to discussions.
- Manage job board advertising and career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling accurate, and positioned for maximum effectiveness.
- Prepare, post, and maintain job postings on internal and external recruitment sources.
- Ensure regular communication with the Account Management team to understand ongoing requirements and share the activity's progress.
- Maintain agreed service levels and targets.
- Participate and contribute to team meetings.

**Qualifications/Skills Requirements**:

- Experience working with recruitment systems and learning management systems and maintaining a high level of data integrity
- Demonstrable recruitment experience, ideally within an in-house international marketing or sales agency capacity
- Experience working in Technology and SaaS space
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills.
