**Télio** is hiring a **Purchasing Manager**to structure and grow the purchasing team.

Reporting to the Director of Merchandising, the Purchasing Manager will be responsible for the following:

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the purchasing activities
- Develop purchasing policies and procedures
- Manage Supplier relationships and budgets
- Negotiate or oversee the negotiation of purchase contracts
- Review and process claims against suppliers
- Interview, hire and oversee training of staff
- Provide coaching and support for new team members

The Purchasing Manager should be highly organized, communicate clearly and effectively, have a strong work ethic and have a solution focused attitude.
