**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

Reporting to the Lead, Post-Purchase Operations**,**the incumbent is responsible for leading the evolving post-purchase customer experience, this role will focus on critical areas of the omnichannel customer journey predominantly around the operations aspects of customer retention. This position will oversee coordinating, executing and monitoring all Post Purchase experience processes and KPIs.

**HOW WILL YOU DO IT?**

Omnichannel Operations_**

Executes the strategic planning of the post-purchase omnichannel roadmap allowing the optimization of our inventory across channels

Coordinates, monitors, investigates, and resolves all post-purchase operations, including but not limited to web order fulfillment and shipping exceptions, as assigned by the Lead, Post-Purchase Operations.

Monitors Service Level Agreement and shipping KPIs to ensure adequate service delivery to clients and stakeholders.

Generates reports to follow up and track low-performing fulfillment partners.

Coordinates with stores and Customer service to resolve operational issues

Field Support_**

Seeks out feedback from field leadership to generate process improvement

Ensures acquisition of knowledge of store-specific operations and execution via virtual and in-person store visits

Monitors scheduling, productivity, and overall drive for results and suggest improvement areas to the Lead, Post-Purchase Operations.

Returns Management_**

Monitors the Return % KPI.

Monitors return flows and flags any suboptimal performance to the Lead, Post-Purchase Operations.

Execute initiatives developed with E-Commerce to find upstream opportunities to reduce product returns.

**WHO YOU ARE**

**This is what youve accomplished**

Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain or similar

3+ years of broad logistics and supply chain, preferably in retail post-purchase operations

Knowledge of E-Commerce logistics and reverse logistics KPIs

Knowledge of Excel
