Front Desk Receptionist

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.
- Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Provide product demonstrations and upsell services or products as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Utilize technology effectively to manage front desk operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with basic math for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to upsell products or services based on client needs.
- Proficiency in using technology for scheduling and record keeping.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Bonus if you play any instruments or having some basic knowledge about music, if not we can train.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$20.32 per hour
