**Summary**:
This is a part time position delivering the full range of janitorial duties to the AV facility at 2405 St Laurent Blvd in Ottawa. The role will be responsible for heavy cleaning duties, including cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, cleaning restrooms, dusting office furniture, and removing trash. In addition to core tasks, provided as an Enclosure to this job description in the form of a check list, the position will be responsible to notify their line manager the need for any repairs to the facility or office facilities.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Clean all areas as per schedule (see attached)
- Conduct non-scheduled cleaning as directed
- Support the AV facilities lead, or his designate, as required on a case by case basis
- While conducting cleaning duties ensure machinery and other equipment is operated appropriately and in a safe manner.
