Eramosa Physiotherapy Associate is a group of 10 physiotherapy clinics looking to grow both our team and our locations. We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to support both our Leadership and Clinical team. This position offers exciting challenges and the chance to learn new skills. This role best suits someone with work experience in healthcare and keen interest in compensation and contract management.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead recruitment initiatives and administrate the contracting and onboarding process
- Create compensation proposals for incoming employees and for annual reviews
- Maintain annual performance and talent annual files and calendars
- Enter hours for bimonthly payroll collection of hour and submission to ADP
- Maintain tracking information of paid time off
- Enroll, track and update employee benefits including healthcare insurance and company pension plan
- Develop / update and implement employee policies (AODA, Privacy)
- Oversee health and safety program, policies, procedures
- Serve as an objective resource to all employees and managers and foster positive employee relations
- Experience with HR and Payroll (ADP is preferred) software an asset.
Qualifications include:
- College or University degree in a related discipline or equivalent
- 2-5 years progressive HR experience, with consideration to CHRP designation
- Solid analytical skills with an interest and focus on compensation planning
- Reliable self-starter with strong organization and planning skills to successfully manage work demands
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven ability in building collaborative relationships
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, decision-making abilities
- Strong computer proficiency with Outlook, Teams and in MS Excel
