We’re looking for an outgoing agent to join our expanding team You will oversee, consult with, and guide our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Participate in open houses, arrange showings, and show homes to potential buyers.

**Compensation**:
70,000+

**Responsibilities**:

- Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
- Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
- Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
- Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
- Work hard, have fun

**Qualifications**:

- Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
- Currently Have or are in the process of obtaining a real estate license
- Must be able to give full-time attention to this Real Estate career
