MITLON'S FAVOURITE Real Estate Brokerage is looking to fill this hybrid position, with duties changing daily to keep things fresh If you have Real Estate Admin experience, but don't want to be stuck on the phones all day, this could be the position for you. One day you're helping with staging, another day you're launching a social media ad campaign, the next day you're editing videos, helping with office administration tasks and tracking financials, being the voice of our client care activities, and helping keep our real estate team on schedule using group calendaring and task workflow management, and another day you're sweeping the floors and helping tidy our staging storage (they can't ALL be fun tasks LOL). Training of our systems and processes will be provided, but some Real Estate experience is a must, as is willingness to learn to become a social media guru - we'll train you "Do What Others Are Not Willing To Do" is the theme here. We go above and beyond, and mesh well with people that live the same way. Things are fast-paced around here, since every client deserves the utmost attention. Excellent command of the English language is an absolute must as you will be creating ad copy and promotional materials, and the less editing we have to do, the better -- Real estate is known for awful grammar and printing mistakes... not on our team :) This position is either a part-time (9am-12:30pm) or full-time (9am-4pm), contract position with performance based ongoing renewal after a trial period. Overtime is available but not expected. Starting hourly pay based on experience. Long term possibility (if you'd like) to become licensed and earn 80-100k+ as Office Mgr / Licensed Admin working on deals and client acquisition.
